Domestic Shipping Policy

Accepted Answer

Standard Shipping: 
Orders will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days.
Kindly Note: Business days are Monday - Friday.
Orders placed after 5pm (GST) on business days will be processed on the next business day.
For example: Orders placed after 5pm (GST) on Friday will be processed on the next business day i.e. Monday.

Shipping is free on orders above AED 499 for shipments up to 5kg.
Shipments that exceed 5kg will be charged AED 1 for each additional kg to be paid on delivery. 
Kindly Note: An amount of AED 30 will be charged on orders below AED 500.
The above mentioned details may change during deals/events/sale.

Shipping contains regular packaging for the ordered product.
In case there are both in-stock and pre-ordered items; all products will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available. 
In case of standard shipping, the product will not be eligible for exchange/return if the box is not in mint condition.
In case of any damage to the actual product, the product will be eligible for return/exchange.

International Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping: 
Orders will be delivered within 7 - 10 business days.
Kindly Note: Business days are Monday - Friday.
Orders placed after 5pm (GST) on business days will be processed on the next business day.
For example: Orders placed after 5pm (GST) on Friday will be processed on the next business day i.e. Monday.

Shipping rates for shipments up to 10kg maximum are calculated at checkout and are based on your country and location. 
There will be additional charges for shipments that exceed 10kg. 
The approximate charges for every additional 0.5kg ranges from AED 10 to AED 35 depending on your location.
Kindly Note: Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes and other charges specific to their countries as these charges are not included in our shipping rates.

Returns Policy

Accepted Answer

• An item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
 - Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
 - Has missing parts or accessories
 - Is different from what was ordered
 - Is different from its description
 • Item will be considered damaged only in case of inner product is broken and/or dented
 • Item will not be replaced if the box is not in mint condition
 • In case the box fails to be in mint condition, please take a video while opening the box to check the contents inside the box
 • All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you
 • Refer to instructions to return items against each category. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category
 • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery, post which the item cannot be exchanged/ returned
 • In case of a chase edition received and one wants to exchange it with a regular edition, there will be a delivery fee applicable that can be prepaid or paid as cash on delivery
 • Sale/No Box products are non-refundable or non-exchangeable products
 • In case of a return, the payment will be reversed post we receive the said item, after verifying the product and the money will be reversed within 10-15 business days only after a successful verification
