For Domestic UAE orders: The estimated time for your order to be delivered within UAE is within 3 - 5 business days. For International orders: The estimated time for your order to be delivered in any part of the world (internationally) is within 7 - 10 business days. Kindly Note: Business days are Monday - Friday.
Orders placed after 5pm (GST) on business days will be processed on the next business day.

Yes, we offer global shipping and are happy to accept orders from all over the world.
Shipping is free on orders above AED 499 for shipments up to 5kg. Shipments that exceed 5kg will be charged AED 1 for each additional kg to be paid on delivery.
Kindly note: An amount of AED 30 will be charged on orders below AED 500. The above mentioned details may change during deals/events/sale.
Shipping rates for shipments up to 10kg maximum are calculated at checkout and are based on your country and location. There will be additional charges for shipments that exceed 10kg.
The approximate charges for every additional 0.5kg ranges from AED 10 to AED 35 depending on your location.
