• An item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- Is different from its description
• Item will be considered damaged only in case of inner product is broken and/or dented
• Item will not be replaced if the box is not in mint condition
• In case the box fails to be in mint condition, please take a video while opening the box to check the contents inside the box
• All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you
• Refer to instructions to return items against each category. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery, post which the item cannot be exchanged/ returned
• In case of a chase edition received and one wants to exchange it with a regular edition, there will be a delivery fee applicable that can be prepaid or paid as cash on delivery
• Sale/No Box products are non-refundable or non-exchangeable products
• In case of a return, the payment will be reversed post we receive the said item, after verifying the product and the money will be reversed within 10-15 business days only after a successful verification
